From expression of interest to official welcome.

Each stage brings you to the next. Shortlisting is not final approval.

  1. FORM 1

    Begin your application

    Complete Form 1 — Committee Membership, exclusively for applicants seeking State, Zonal or National Founding Committee representation. Select the role for which you wish to be considered. Complimentary applicants should complete Form A; vendors and sellers should use their dedicated application form.

  2. FORM 2 & FOUNDERS’ CONTRIBUTION

    Complete your committee application

    After submitting Form 1, please wait for an official email from the HCAI Secretariat. This email will include payment instructions for the Founders’ Contribution. Proceed to Form 2 only after you have received this email, and follow the instructions provided.

    Have not received the official email yet? Please wait before making payment or completing Form 2. The email is an invitation to proceed, not confirmation of a committee appointment.

  3. REVIEW & SHORTLISTING

    HCAI considers your application

    HCAI assesses your suitability for the selected role and shortlists applicants. Completing the forms or making a contribution does not guarantee selection or appointment.

    Applicants who are not selected will receive a full refund.

  4. BY HCAI INVITATION ONLY

    Leadership Interaction & Final Official Form

    Shortlisted applicants receive an invitation directly from HCAI for the leadership interaction and to complete the Leadership Interaction Form (Form 3)—the final official form in HCAI’s Founding Committee application process.

    Both the leadership interaction and Form 3 must be completed before HCAI grants final approval.

    HCAI shares Form 3 directly with shortlisted applicants.

  5. FINAL APPROVAL

    Your official HCAI welcome

    Once HCAI grants final approval, you will receive your HCAI Member ID, member portal login credentials and official onboarding information.

    With your consent, your approved committee appointment may also be announced across HCAI’s official social media platforms.

  4. Receive your HCAI member portal login credentials and official onboarding information.
